Policies and Procedures
Safety:
All units must be deflated in winds 20 mph or more. We will not set up in rain. We will wait until a clearing before proceeding. Rules are located on the Rental Agreement form and/or equipment. No Climbing, Jumping or rough play in or outside of the units. All units are to remain on and inflated during rain, however no one may use the unit during rain. After set up, all users will be subject to their own risks.
Damage and Inspections:
Equipment and supplies should be checked BEFORE and AFTER use for shortage or damage. Notify Cheerioo Grams immediately for repair or replacement. No claims can be honored after the event. Charges will be imposed to repair or replace items due to abuse, loss, misuse, overload, negligence, or dirty equipment. All prices are for time out on rental whether used or not. Non-refundable deposits are required for all rentals. Extension cords are only provided for inflatables. Inflatables must be within 50' of a dedicated 20 amp circuit per blower. Ask Cheerioo Grams how many blowers are needed for your event. 10" stakes or 60 lb sand bags are used to secure all units. Cheerioo Grams is not responsible for damage that could occur due to staking, driving or hand trucking. Cheerioo Grams reserves the right to make substitution of equal or greater value on equipment that may be damaged or not returned from previous events. Power is the responsibility of the customer. All equipment must be inspected by the customer before Cheerioo Grams leaves. Compensation or return trips will not be made on equipment found to be unsatisfactory after the customer has inspected and Cheerioo Grams has left the event location. All rental equipment is for amusement purposes, there are inherent risks. A Cheerioo Grams or customer attendant(s) are required for all equipment, at all times during operation of equipment.
Payments:
We accept the following payment methods: Online, Pay by Phone, Cash and Business Checks. We accept most major Credit Cards. Any unpaid balances, taxes and surcharges if applicable are due in full prior to any services being rendered. We do not except personal checks.
Bookings and Deposits:
A deposit is required within 24 hours of our availability confirmation in order to guarantee your reservation. Deposits (except for community events, discounted and fundraising packages) are refundable until 7 days prior to the event date. If a cancellation is made within the 7 day cancellation policy, Cheerioo Grams will allow you to reapply your original deposit in its entirety and reschedule your reservation as schedule permits (the event must be rescheduled within 30 days, it does not have to take place within the 30 day window). If you do not make arrangements to reschedule your event within 30 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
Rain dates and Cancellations:
Please call 321-258-5570 for all cancellations and reschedules.

All reschedules do to weather will be subject to availability and all deposits, if not refunded, will be applied to the balance. You can substitute services and/or concessions (subject to availability) of equal value in place of our inflatables should in rain. For all other cancellations please allow at least 7 days notice. If we are not notified at least 7 days in advance, you will forfeit your deposit. Customers cancelling bookings upon deliveries or prior to services being rendered forfeit their deposit entirely and will not be eligible for a reschedule. Upon delivery any unpaid balances will be due in full including any taxes and surcharges if applicable. We will not discount or refund due to weather after delivery has been made. If we are unable to provide our services or deliver any rentals for any reason due to no fault of our own you will forfeit all monies paid and will not be eligible for a reschedule.
Customer Requirements:
For all Inflatables and Concessions: Set Up locations must be flat level area within 50' of dedicated 20 amp electrical outlets per blower. Some inflatable units require 2 blowers an 2 separate power outlets. All equipment requires Cheerioo Grams or Customer attendants. Cheerioo Grams attendant - $25 per hr. You will be responsible for tables for concessions. Our table rentals are $10per. Delivery hours typically start between 9-10am and pick up is before dark unless other arrangements have been made.
Additional insurance requests must be submitted prior to any event with the name and address.
Customers are responsible for any licensing or permits required for an event.
All rental prices are based on a 6-8 hour rental period (with delivery and tear down) occurring between the hours of 9 a.m.- until before dark. Delivery and Setup included . A travel surcharge may apply for some areas outside of a 20 mile radius starting from zip code 32935.
Inflatable Rules: (Applies to all Inflatables)
It is the responsibility of the person reading this waiver to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people.
Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions and precautions are adhered to...
- All users must be supervised at all times by a responsible parent or guardian.
- No food, drink, chewing gum, soap or silly string on or around the Inflatable. This will avoid a choking risk and will prevent damage to the units
- Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable to avoid injury to people using the equipment
- NO smoking on or around the Inflatable
- Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be allowed. Ensure users are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
- Always ensure that the Inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.
- No pets, toys or sharp instruments on the inflatable at anytime.
- Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as this is dangerous
- Please ensure that users are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.
- In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately and calmly.
- HOLD HARMLESS: Lessee/Parent or guardian assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons and agrees to release and hold Cheerioo Grams harmless for any and all claims, of whatsoever nature, arising out of use of the rental equipment.
DELIVERY AND PICK UP: Lessee grants lessor permission to enter the property address for delivery and pick-up of rented unit(s) at the specified time. Locations for our Inflatables must be flat level area within 50' of dedicated 20 amp electrical outlets. Concessions: Lessee is responsible for having a designated table for set up and separate power source if applicable. If renting a concession and Bounce House they will be delivered at the same time. Delivery hours are typically between 9-10am and pick up is before dark that same day.
OVERNIGHT RENTALS: If the unit is left overnight, the lessee is responsible for making sure the blower is disconnected from the unit and unplugged. Also, the unit should be secure from unsupervised participants.
DAMAGES: Pertaining to all Rented property: The lessee shall be in charge of the unit and is fully responsible for its operation as well as returning the unit in the same working condition as when delivered or you will be charged for the replacement and/or repair costs and/or $100.00 cleaning fee.
TAX AND DEPOSITS: All rentals will be charged 6% sales tax. Deposits are required to secure all bookings not paid in full and will be applied towards any balance.
SUBSTITUTIONS, RAIN DATES AND CANCELLATIONS: All reschedules and substitutions do to weather will be subject to availability. We will allow you to substitute any services and/or concessions of equal value in place of a rented Bounce House due to inclement weather. For all other cancellations (except for Community events, discounted and fundraising packages) please allow at least 7 days notice. If we are not notified at least 7 days in advance, you will forfeit your deposit.
TRAVEL/DELIVERY FEES: You may be subject to a travel or delivery fees for our Services and Rentals if you are located outside of our 10 mile service area.
BALLOONS: Set ups are typically between 7:30-10am. We will try to accommodate your requested delivery time. Delivery times are subject to change according to our workload.Yard poles will be inserted into the ground. Please advise us upon booking if there is a preference for placement as we will not be held liable for any damage to sprinkler systems or any other underground dwellings. The longevity of the balloons is approximately 12-24 hours and sometimes longer but that depends on the weather conditions, elements and handling throughout the day. We cannot make any guarantees on balloon arrangements following delivery and setup. Please discard the setup hardware and balloons once they've deflated. FACE PAINTING DISCLAIMERWe follow a strict code of practice regarding hygiene. We use a clean sponge for each person and brushes are cleaned regularly throughout each event. All equipment is cleaned thoroughly after each event.
- We are fully insured.
- We only use face paint products that comply with FDA regulations.
- We do not paint children under the age of 2.
- Children/adults with a cold sore, eczema, open cut, conjunctivitis and other infectious conditions should not be painted.
- Our painters use a new clean sponge around mouth and eyes for each person.
- Our face painting water is changed frequently.
- We only use cosmetic grade glitter.
- Our professional face paints contain agents which act against yeast, mold and bacteria.
